About Me
Thank you for visiting my page! I'm Andrew Hawkes, and I've been composing music since high school when my friends and I formed an alternative rock band called The Golden Brown Couches. Now I live in Mesa, Arizona, am married, have three kids, and I'm a real estate broker. I prefer composing over performing, but I can play the cello, guitar, and -- to a lesser degree -- piano and drums. I'm the most proud of my full-length musical, "David," which I hope will one day achieve commercial success.
A few of the countless artists who've inspired me and influenced my style include musical writers Andrew Lloyd Webber, Lin Manuel Miranda, and Sara Bareilles; pop/rock musicians Weezer, Zac Brown, Kasey Musgraves, and (Mesa's own) Jimmy Eat World; and classical composers John Williams, Hanz Zimmer, and Vaughan Williams.

The story of David's journey from shepherd, to musical prodigy, to warrior, to King, but with a supernatural twist....Facing off with Goliath is not the scary part.

In the not-so-distant future, the commercialization of the cosmos has resulted in tons of space debris, and someone's gotta clean it up. Rival worlds divide up the waste management tasks in space, but territories are starting to blur as a new threat emerges.
